) from a reputable source and tried starting it. The game opens normally and on starting a game, it will play the intro cutscene perfectly fine but then stop working when it loads in the first actual level. It's not consistent either, sometimes it just freezes on a black screen until it closes itself, sometimes it will load in the level but freeze before the dialog pops up, and sometimes it will load up the first text partway and then crash. Every time though its only the visuals that freeze, the music continues to play and if you skip the dialog and move around you can hear the character moving. I've tried messing with compatibility settings and running it as an admin, but nothing seems to change. I've run different games that use the same program, and my computer is fairly decent, so I don't have any clue what's happening. If anyone knows of any problems with this program I've somehow been lucky enough to miss, or is able to identify the source of the issue, that'd be much appreciated.
