With so few information, no one will ever be able to help you.
How are you sure that it's not a localisation issue ? How do you know that it's a case of file corruption ? What error do you get ?
Those are the minimal information needed in order for someone to possibly be able to have the starts of an idea that could possibly fix your issue.
