Bad in almost every aspect. Runs off HTML, would be much better on Renpy. English translation, while mostly understandable, is quite bad and kills the mood instantly. UI is incredibly dated. Barely any story to get to the renders. Short overall. The actual scenes didn't work for me. Had to go into the files to watch the renders.
The renders are good. Character models look nice but the rest of the scene lacks detail. Animation is pretty standard. If this were remade and expanded upon in Renpy, with a decent translation, it could be pretty good, but I don't think that'll happen.
