If there will be a fail state for inn condition, it probably needs to start with a few more repair points, otherwise early game before improved woodworking will be brutal now that rain is a thing and basically wrecks it.
The only thing that inn condition effects (other than Lucy lamenting the state of things) is the payout from guests. This may change in the future, but there's no intended fail state pertaining to the inn's condition. There are a bunch of systems that are yet to be added as well, so the overall balance of things is very much up in the air.

Amazing work so far! This game is really impressive for how early in development it is. I never interact on here, but seeing how active you are I felt the need to let you know what a good job you've done so. After playing for several hours, maxing my stats, Inn, everything, and seeing all of the H-content I'll point out what's stuck out to me.

The Art is great! Keep up everything you're doing here.
Lucy is adorable, both visually and through her character writing.
All of the art is consistent with the calming, warm country life vibe you're creating.
The combat and random events from exploring are the strong points in the game so far. I love the dice combat. After unlocking a few of the skills and buying some equipment it feels great, and makes the progression noticeable.
The story is top quality, really draws you into the world you're building. I love the use of black and white because of this. It makes the first few combat encounters stand out and Lucy fracturing stand out.

The relationship progression does need a bit more smoothing out, it feels rushed from one stage to the next. Someone else pointed out before that the H-scenes can't be skipped, so after the first or second time seeing them it can get tedious. I unlocked all the H-scenes and finished all of Lucy's content before I even got the Inn to level 3. The scenes are great though!

The alcohol brewing is a nice mechanic, but feels a bit slow for the later stages of the game. It would be nice to see something similar for food, like growing a garden. Foraging for food doesn't feel like it gives enough even at the higher stat levels. Same can be said for gathering reagents and chopping wood. At the end game it's not even worth gathering reagents, or chopping wood. I ended up just buying max stock of all supplies at the end of each week. Adding a button to buy more than 1 at a time would be appreciated for the later parts of the game.

I love the guest interactions. Selling potions to adventuring parties feels like a nice bonus for being prepared, and in the late game is a necessity to boost your income. Making potions however can become a problem in the late game. Since you can only make potions with Lucy in the afternoon on weekdays you just won't be able to make enough to keep up with the demand from guests in the later parts of the game. Maybe add a way to make potions as an evening or night activity.

Overall I've really loved my experience with this game so far! Hope this helps some. I've really enjoyed playing through what's there. This could become something really great if you keep building on what's already there. I'm looking forward to seeing more.

Hey thanks for taking the time to write all that out. I've been floored by the general response so far. Glad you like what you've played. I agree with most of your critique there. I'll say, keep in mind, the game is definitely in early development with plenty of time to address those things. I've seen a number of points of feedback on some of these, so I'll just address some of it here:
1. Speed of Lucy's Relationship: As I can get more events written and put it, I can space out the timing a bit and definitely add some more nuance. This will definitely be getting some attention from me.
2. Skipping H-scenes. The build posted in this thread is old, if you go to the itchio page, the last 2 builds have had the ability to skip h-scenes. I post updates weekly (though when implementing bigger features, I might give myself 2 weeks, we'll see) - the newest build (0.04) also has some new h-scenes in it.
3. Alcohol brewing is *okay* as is, but not really how I want it in the end. The intention is to flesh out activities like alcohol brewing with their own page. I want to add farming, forging, and a few other activities that will make gathering your resources a little easier but also give more opportunities for events and interactions. These will all come in time!
4. Guests are also in early stage right now. I'll have more unique guests and guest events eventually.

Also, from what I'm gathering, I think I really need to reinforce to people not to worry about the time management part of the game so much. Once you get rolling, it's very possible to strike a balance and make sure you generally have what you need, but in the current build, the gameplay *is* gathering / managing your resources, and buying resources on the weekend is part of that. That pressure isn't really meant to go away - but you can't lose the game, and you won't be punished (outside of your progress being a little slower) for playing sub-optimally. But I promise to make it a bit smoother wherever I can.

Thanks again!

If you'd like to have control over which versions gets uploaded here you could probably open up a ticket for gaining control of this thread. You would have to upload the versions yourself though, which seems complicated and might not be worth it. I also agree that you could have a SFW version, since this game should be appealing for people who don't typically play erotic games.

It's not too complicated as long as your game is reasonably sized (check) and you have decent internet; all you really need to do on top of what you already do for Itch is throw the game onto 3 file hosters and update the original post.

Glad to hear you've got a clear vision for the game going forward! Looking forward to seeing everything you're going to add. Love seeing a developer with a passion for what they're doing, and open to interacting with the community. Like the other guy said, you could definitely make a SFW version and it would still be great. Keep up the good work!

Hey, I think it's a small bug with skipping scenes. If you always skip the sex scenes I don't think it progresses properly. So watch them all the way through at least once. I'll make sure I get this sorted in the next version, sorry about that!

downloaded the game through pixeldrain and virus defender found a malware...
f95zone scans all files linked here so it is pretty rare that one gets through. There have been exceptions but usually when I see this happen it is a false positive. I can't find anything this time though, do you know which virus detection system you are using?

I really like the mechanics I've seen implemented so far, but I am unfortunately a member of the group of people who get immediate eyestrain from the chromatic aberration, so I haven't played much.
