I've always wanted to make my own video game
now I have some time and decided to start this new adventure

Not bad. Is that your first render, too? Though, the figure herself does look slightly blown out lighting-wise. Did you perhaps render through a camera with a headlamp on?

If you have not got the headlamp on, whatever light source you are using. move it to one side and angle it in so it goes across her face.
