Yes, you can without problem. From the point of view of the software itself, they are just a bunch of information without name. It don't care if it's genesis 3, genesis 8, victoria 2 or whatever, all it care about is the possibility to understand those information. Therefore, as long as it can load it, you can use it ; and using it in the same time than whatever other kind of information it can load.
