Just one look at my comment history should be enough to tell you that I hate devs that milk their subscribers. I hate the patreon pay model that incentivizes milking in the first place and I hate the braindead subscribers that enable these scummy devs to get by with 2-3 hours of work a week.

Jorogr is a wonderful dev and he is not milking his patrons.

From Day 1, he has been open about the fact that this is his first game, he's learning how to use Unity as he goes, and he's doing it entirely alone. His communication is excellent and he frequently polls his patrons to help him decide what to prioritize. His subscribers know exactly what to expect from a new update - often months ahead of time.

Ultimately, it comes down to this: Is this dev making so much money that they don't need to work a full-time job anymore, or do they still have to spend 40 hours as a wageslave every week? This game is developed as a passion project during his free time and he is not trying to hide that fact from anyone.

This is a very insightful. The dev has probably created one of the best underrated games. He has a personal life and takes time to divide his energy to his job, his family and this game.

It really sucks that many of the so-called supporters do not even give nor share not even a minimum amount of money, yet, they feel entitled to demand updates from this game.

I don't really visit F95 since there are plenty of toxic people. His Discord channel is pretty dope! There is a community in there that genuinely supports the dev's mission to make this fantastic game!

x86 32bit version

why even make a 32bit windows release?
Barring the 1st gen intel atom (a phone CPU that nobody used), the last x86 32bit CPU halted production over 20 years ago.

As of december 2023 steam hardware survery shows that a grand total of 0.06% of users are still on Win7 32bit windows. And it is the only 32bit OS with any meaningful marketshare.
(and 99%+ of them probably have 64bit CPU that is being under utilized by them sticking to 32bit windows 7)

Incidentally, there is no linux release, despite linux having a larger marketshare than both mac and 32bit windows combine.

The game assets are not properly losslessly compressed. Applying NTFS file compression. which is the crappiest yet fastest compression algorithm available, shows a massive 49.2% reduction in size on HDD.

This is an ideal scenario for NTFS compression, as you can expect it to near doable the loading performance of this game. (as decompressing NTFS compression takes trivial CPU while reducing the size by half effectively doubles the HDD throughput. with HDD being most likely constrain)
NTFS compression can either improve or harm performance depending on what is being compressed. (unlike more refined compression schema like ZFS which can trivialize the harm and only see gains)

Although to be fair to the appendix, it retains a colony of your supportive gut bacteria in the case of severe diarrhea (very rare for it to completely wipe out the gut bacteria though). the loss of which would be fatal.

The appendix also produces a tiny amounts of an enzyme that helps in digesting raw meat... which, in vast majority of humans is totally useless. It used to produce much more of it when it was bigger and more developed.

According to the release notes, the gallery has 2 new "future content" sex scenes that are not integrated into the game's plot properly yet but have already been finished and can be viewed in the gallery.
Also some older sex scenes have been improved.

But yea, there is no new story in this update.

No point besides spoilering the future story content. If these ever get added to the game, you can already skip that update because you've seen it already. Which makes two updates not worth the time.

No actual difference to playing some random one-shot flash porn animation, either.
But let's be honest, the quality of the drawings and animations are about novice / high school level - nowhere as good as to justify playing this without the player-driven story context. Let alone paying for it.

Last story update was 4 months ago, with half a mini-quest for Charlotte and a cringeworthy ending.
Last update with story and one pseudo-sexual scene was 8 months ago.

Last sex scene was... oh right, never. MC hasn't got laid yet in over 2 years. Probably the slowest progress in adult game development so far.



Stating these facts just leads to the dev insulting the players, as if calling someone "cupcake" isn't clearly intended as trolling and belittling. Hoping to provoke angry reactions and getting applause by his fanboys, distracting from the failure to progress this game in any meaningful way since about a year now.

TLDR; waited long enough for this bird to take off, just another game for the trashbin.

This game is one of the best games on this site. It uses a combination of engaging mechanics (2.5D open world, point and clicker) that I don't think I can find anywhere else in the adult game world. It uses fully custom art and animations. The writing and tone are pretty enjoyable, which is a feat for an H game. And the dude has ~200 people that want to toss him ~$2 a month. And y'all think THIS is the dev to chew out for *checks notes* milking?

My review of v0.3.5.2 (posted June 2023) has a list of scenes that were available at the time. I don't think any canonical H scenes have been added since? Some non-canonical ones definitely have. Refer to the changelog in OP.
