If you just want to see the scenes, there's a cheat at the Title Screen. Click the 'd' in the Five of a Kin'd' logo and it will unlock all of the 2D scenes in the Spank Bank.
I get asked this question so much, I'm contemplating adding an additional option to the 'New Game' dialogue tree:
Oh God, yes please… not for me (I like playing and unlocking new content or even restart the game if needed) but just to avoid people asking for saves every update.
I can't get the sixth insult for Brooke. I think I clicked through all the TV options before I started that quest and now when I use the TV remote I can only see the cop show lines. Anything I can do about this?
EDIT: Nevermind, even though the insult doesn't appear as collected and you don't get the notice that you have 6/6, you can still use it on Brooke.

The cop show bug was fixed in v0.3.0.1. Yeah, pretty much every "collect x things" quests you only need to collect x - 1 to advance, so you only need 5 of the 6 insults to finish the quest.
Hmmm. I'm not offended at all. I'm curious which scenes in particular you thought this about because I don't believe I've removed or updated any of the original artwork. In my view, her sprite rig doesn't look great and she looks weird in the HJ and POV BJ scenes (which I plan on improving).

I personally don't mind starting the game anew every time but yes, I suggest you to do that, it's very useful

I mean, human nature would seem to strongly suggest that it goes on way more than we think it does. One of the hypotheticals that causes some cognitive dissonance in my mind is what if a 20-year old son were stranded on a desert island with their 40-year old mom and their mom looked like Meredith. Intellectually, I think it would be a matter of "when" not "if."
Pivoting back towards the game, I've been thinking about how to allow players to rename the mom and sister. When Meredith comes into MC's bedroom after the cleaning quest, MC says, "Mom?" Immediately after that, I would prompt the player, "What's this character's name?" Prompting the player for Brooke's name will be similar.
Agreed, I'd bet my left leg that this goes on waaaay more than we think it does. On the other hand it is probably super rare given how many humans there are on the planet. I doubt more than 3% of the entire population would have sex with their mom's or sister if they were stranded somewhere.
I wouldn't, and I may be naive but I don't think I would even if my mom looked like Scarlet Johannason.

I personally do not see the need to change names except our own. For degenerates, this would mean naming their own mother and sister. Well, and for those who actually have such names, bad luck.
In any case, if you added something like that, leave it so that it would be easy to leave the original name (e.g. confirmation of an empty field)
Scarlett it's not even 40, aren't enough actresses? Jennifer Connelly, Jennifer Aniston, Nicole Kidman and this is where my knowledge of actresses ends, but I suspect that there are still a few

name changes are extremely easy to code early into the game, as the dialogue doesn't have to be modified, and allows for a more personalized user experience/ownership in their game. I prefer that the game names the characters as long as they aren't worried about the IP rights (which they shouldn't in a satirical porn game). This can also be very helpful in language localization
Relationship changes are much harder changes as that affects code, dialogue, the behavior/story decision tree, and possibly art direction. Relationship changes is a feature that should be decided before any public release and art production decisions.
Personally I would prefer costume/clothing customization over relationship changes. Its implementation is easier to code if planned for, requires a bit more art, and doesn't require decision tree or script changes
