Ren'Py (fixed) need some help here

i recently reinstalled my operating system, ive done it before, and now it refuses to run renpy games and such. all it give me is an error saying the the file did not run. ive reinstalled and unpacked the games multiple times and the issue persists. i cant find anyone else with this issue so was hoping for some guidance from you all.

Which os? And that error... Does it say more than "file did not run"? Do you have all drivers, microsoft visuals C++ and all those stuff installed?

im running windows and that actually helped lol, thanks hun. when i reinstalled the os, one of my c++ files was corrupted. fixed now, thank you hun!
