it is a pretty straight forward game
build up their bond points, look at bonds to see the number you have with each character, and the scenes will play out once the bond points have reached the required amount
Can't seem to have Grimwald appear in the tavern? I have pretty much maxed out the guards (Tail Service 3 is the only thing missing), set Chef's choice to baked potato but he is still not showing up even after like 20 days after having baked potato up. He did show up during tail service during his introduction but never in the tavern. In that time I maxed out several characters but have yet to see him. Am I missing something?
It appears I may have overlooked a particular interaction with the tavern owner, as there was an option to spend a day with him and an option to continue his story. However, it seems I did not fulfill the necessary conditions, and consequently, I find myself in a repetitive situation without further progress on the other character bonds later on, and there are still a lot of scenes to unlock. Yea i can understand the game mechanics are quite simple that doesn't mean I'm not struggling so would someone be so kind as to help me in this predicament

If I'm remembering correctly you need to workout with him until your strength reaches a certain level then it should let you have access to that option.
the best way I've found when stuck on something random like that is look through the comments on itch.io, there's always someone asking a question I was going to. sorry if I'm not too helpful
I cant unlock gunther's offer either. I have my str at 10, i chose the 2nd option in my room and he never shows or offers anything more. I think I bugged it somehow.
Haven't played the start in a long time so don't remember which one you need but have you read the patch notes to solve it? Idk if you are talking about .4 update but that's the first one found:
