Monster Girl Dreams: well, here I grabbed a mod (Diminuendo v3.5) and modified many scenes and combat moves to feature the fetish (6 scenes and 2 characters' combat moves), but it's just text, no actual graphic content. And the reason I used v3.5 instead of v4.1 (current version), it's because apart from being added scenes I don't have the interest to mod, it added a LOT of content with futanaris. I HATE futanaris. I'm an heterosexual dude who doesn't mind dealing with lesbians, but of all homosexual male variations out there, the "women packing surprises" are the ones I hate the most.

Any help would be appreciated. Though I think maybe there're no games with this fetish, I'm still reluctant to completely give my hopes up.

Never seen such a thing on a game. Actually, i've seen little trample overall, unfortunately. I've done some harsh high heels trample in my game, but nothing that resemble this of sure.

Well, after trying 2 of them, I regret to say they don't seem to be what I was looking for. I downloaded SwaS, but when I extracted the file, UnityPlayer.dll was missing and thus the game wouldn't launch, so I couldn't try out this one.
As for Rogue Gun, it got kind of close with my tastes, though the victims do die and there's the gore expected from a "realistic" situation: I said I was against these things (besides, either the simplistic design or my inability to appreciate squishings made me get bored before reaching 20 minutes of gameplay).
And about MMVRS. It seemed it would be great, but I wasn't able to figure out what to do. Yes, I understood the controls, and the abilities to disable blood and gore were good to have on the game, but I explored all the house room and besides the "explore and gather orbs" I couldn't find anything else to do. I'd like to ask what do I do after learning the basics (I think the house room is supposed to be a tutorial stage), but there's one more downside. The game made me gradually dizzy under half an hour, and left me with a 3-hour lasting headache, so I stopped looking into the game to investigate further. I'll try one more time when I know what has to be done after learning the tutorial, but if there's a lot of gameplay needed before getting to action, I'm afraid my head's well-being will force me to ditch this one too.
