In your inventory there is a Journal, it is a reusable item to help maintain sanity.
After having played some more hours and explored the content, I can say I appreciate the comments and as such have a bit more to add.
Pros:
Interesting layout
Lots of encounters
Different side quests
Little narratives that add to the whole
A few romancing options
Neat transformations/scenes
What few uninfected humans are concerned for their own survival
Neutral:
Lots of pre-written scenes that you can never experience again
Bad ends without avoiding some/taking precautions besides a simple yes/no system
No way to undo the infection/cure it completely - Avoiding infection is a chore and really needs more options/content
Lots of this falls into alice in wonderland syndrome with spartans showing up on the doorstep of the campus, an automaton, frost giant and dragon walk into a bar (Capitol Building), David Bowie (Milkman) and his pet hippogriff waiting in the sky, subplots that really don't have their own locations (Gryphons..?) among others that just kind of inhabit an area, etc.
Could use an, 'Active Quest', system to list every task you have so far.
Cons:
With content being spread so thinly, a lot of it is shallow typefuck paragraphs instead of anything meaningful
The only notable characters I remember offhand are Alexandra and Danny. Avoiding typefuck paragraphs instead of other consequences all the time gets really repetitive.
Art is really out of place as are the limited encounter choices.
Many scenes should be rewritten for starter enemies to be a little more dynamic
Changes and later additions to other characters and slight improvements on dialogue can be felt through the character interactions and hasn't been added to a lot of others. It feels this way anyway, thus adding to the jank factor.
I'm a shit player I know this, but having spent about 15~ Hours with it I can safely assess some of the content, I still haven't discovered all of it but I plan on getting places with it.
