Flickering graphics / won't render with Unreal Engine on Parallels with Mac M1

There are a few interesting games I want to try out, but they only run on Windows. I'm using a Macbook with ARM M1 chip and run Windows via Parallels. All games with Unreal I've tried won't render mostly. Somehow all graphics flicker and often stay black. Please see the attached video file with a short screen recording. I'm pretty sure the video will give a good impression of the issue, especially the last two seconds.

I'm unsure what to do / change / install, so I'm open to all suggestions.

That's just the nature of running games through virtualization, try changing the virtual machine settings and see if you can make it run better (more memory, different renderer, smaller resolution, or similar).

In the end, if you don't want to deal with that possibility with every game you should just install windows.
