I had the usual Quarantine after unpacking, I restored the Files and started it with: 神医西门庆.exe and it worked.
Windows warned me again but who cares. I played a little bit, Saved, restarted the Game and could load.

I checked fell in Love with a Coser4 and had the same problem. There is a Savefile here, next to Ximeng:

\AppData\LocalLow\Thermae

but I dont know why its not saving. I will add the Info to the Mainpost.
