Check another Hoster in the official Post. My Rar File and Game are working fine. I tested them again now.

I fixed it, reinstall d3dx9_43.dll

If anyone else has the same error, it might be one of the `xinput1_3.dll` or `D3DX9_43.dll` files. Delete them from System32 and SysWOW64 folders, then reinstall DirectX End-User Runtime
