I actually learned this skill while in the Marines as a Combat Videographer. I got stationed at AFN (Armed Forces Network) Okinawa in Japan for 3 years and learned the ins and outs of radio. I spent that time writing, recording, editing, and publishing stuff for radio. And you can't just record one voice for 3 years because those products rotate in the system daily.
