I love NTR games of all forms.

Please make sure you DO NOT force the MC to have sex with the women. I hate when the game forces it. It's an instant turn off if I'm playing a masochistic character. Even if I'm playing a Harem game, I still do not want to be forced to have sex with any women, because I may be unattracted to some of them, while being highly attracted to the others.

Forcing any sexual activity of any kind should always be avoided in any adult game (within reason of course), but always try to let the player choose to engage in said sexual activity. Choice is the WINNER every time, because everyone's tastes are so vastly different. Shoot for letting the player CHOOSE as much as possible!

If the NTR game is good, but it forces the player to have sex with the women, then it's half ass NTR, and not worth a Patreon subscription. This is the biggest mistake game developers make when mixing a Harem & NTR game.

The fact that you asked this question means your gut instinct is telling you NOT to force the MC to have sex with anyone on the NTR route, that is wise. Remember, those who like NTR love masochistic humiliation, pain, & rejection. Even if there is femdom in the game, DO NOT force any femdom scenario, because the range of kinks are so wide, not all people are into the same kinks.

So it's like this:

a) can't have sex with girls (chooses not to, masochistic cuckold who watches her get fucked)
b) has sex with the girls alongside NTR guys (sharing)
c) keeps the women to himself and defeats the NTR guys (harem)

Here are alternate options:

To be honest, I'm not a big fan of NTR, I've played several NTR games for the story and not for the fun of it.

I liked the game "OneNightワイフ♪ 製品版" because at the end you can either forgive your wife or punish her... it's really rare to do that in a game and I must salute the creator for coming up with an original idea and I wish it was done more often.

In Dark Hero Party, for example, I'd have liked to see the childhood girlfriend who succumbed to the villain see a crystal that shows past scenes (in the game) that the MC hasn't been seeing other girls and that he's always been honest and faithful, so that she could regret her behavior. Well, depending on the ending chosen, contrary to what a member wrote above, it is possible for the MC to have a sexual relationship with the dragoness transformed into the girl who helped him take his revenge.

I really like the vengeance aspect, which is a never-ending release, and the Koreans are very good at showing scenes of extreme vengeance, and I would have loved to see Korean Eroge to see how they would handle the subject compared to the Japanese.

My favorite NTR/NTS game is The Ruins of Luxoria, where the player character has to build a relationship with the female character then when you've progressed enough to have sex you have this wild option to have a complete stranger deflower her and join your party. He's better at sex than you and you can hand her over to him for sex training because of a plot reason. Then you can push and volunteer her to have sex with other people despite her reluctance. The only downside is that she becomes a complete nympho late game which is mainly for a story reason, it was hotter forcing her to sleep with other men and then watching as they knocked her up or dominated her even though she was reluctant. A great addition would have been to join in on some scenes as well. The cons are that the game reuses a LOT of assets, so you'll get the same poses and pictures for different scenarios.

If this is your case, then you're going to love the game "OneNightワイフ♪ 製品版" as you play the role of the cuckolded husband.

In this game, the husband and wife love each other but disagree about having children.
