Here is a thing! I am making an NTR plus Rape style game. It's half dungeon based and half story based. Although there is defeat sex. Now here is the question, as this game has many endings, should I give the player a hint during choices about which route they are going? Or should I keep it anonymous ? Remember that the votes you give will be what I do. Where are all the NTR fans?

it depends. if you are planning a complex game, you should not give any hints. people will have to discover it themselves. but if the routes will be simple, you can show them. no need for unnecessary mystery.

Just for clarification, do you mean netorare or netori? I get the feeling people mean netorare most of the time but I think people should be more specific instead of just NTR, like DLsite does, for example.
Anyway, if it's netorare and it's like the main focus of your game I don't think you have to go out of your way to let players know which choices lead to that. But if it's optional content and the game has enough non-netorare content for non NTR fans to play it, then yeah, I'd be very clear about how people can avoid getting it.

Hints are always welcomed, it doesn't need to be explicit, i.e. having a "(NTR)" on te option, but if you're paying atention to the narrative I think that it should be known that a certain choice leads that way.
For instance a history about a wife felling alone in the relationship and the player chooses to belittle or dismiss her feelings then yeah, NTR it is.
