Body morphing is actually less complicated. I can just swap genitalia. Seeing a girl with a vagina is believable. Seeing a girl with a cock and balls is still somewhat believable. But once you cross the line into a cock, balls and vagina, OR cock and vagina, without balls, it looks off to me. It looks fine in 2D, but in 3D it crosses into the uncanny valley for me.
