Incest. When there is shit ton of them and most of them have that "MC is graduate/high schooler horny and a loser and desires to fuck everything that moves" route with hollow character development. Most of them don't really dive into the stereotype as to why their moms are suddently hot cougars when the MC carries a raging boner sticking out at any corner. But it's working that way pretty much as a whole, not just incest themed games, but also comics, books and movies, they don't dive into that justifiable porn logic, because there is no logic to begin with. Hence why there are like couple games so far in my almost 5 years of lurking F95 I genially enjoyed, because they venture to do something unique (whether a new setting or plot for the MC being someone else than highschool boy), something that leads you to question the main character's personality, instead of succumbing straight to action, busting out the balls and never touching it again (and comics accomplish much better work at that). That and domination/corruption theme aka "this is my dream sequence" aka something artificial and predictable are really stale and unrewarding. Like people say "try one, you've tried them all".

Rape: I just want a decently made game where you can be the male MC that acts like every male character in a female MC rape game. Instead you get maybe a flashback or a one off scene where the MC kinda, sorta, barely, looked at a chick wrong and that's the extent of the rape tag.

Incest: Stereotyped to hell. Worse though is the tease for the first 20 updates where you only ever peep and jerk off then the creator fucks off on a tangent of non-stop banging of random side characters.

The problem with most fetishes is degrees of extreme.
Tags representing any sort of domination or BDSM can mean anything from teasing with small amounts of coercion on a generally willing submissive by and open minded and cautious domme to brutal abuse.

I think the same would be true for most other fetishes.
Overall I don't believe tags are any good as a decision criteria, use them to search and narrow down a selection then investgate further.

What would be nice (I don't do it often enough myself) would be if after people have played a game and decided they liked it to post a review and deliberately include a "Fetishes Covered" paragraph. I'm with you unukalhai , I really like the idea of weighting the tags, hell, this can be done by color. Red border around the tag for heavy lean, yellow for 'it is certainly part of it but not all there is' and a green border for 'I mean, it's technically part of the game but it's barely what the story is about'. So if you want to avoid ANY scat at any point, a green tag could be too much. whereas if you want a game entirely focused on corruption, you'd only be looking for 'red label' corruption games.

But even then, the tags are never going to be entirely accurate. Someone may think of 2 women kissing during a MFF threesome as lesbian, I don't think it's lesbian unless they you know, are lesbian, as in, dicks are attached to men, they aren't into men, thus they wouldn't go for it. I tend to look through reviews if a game seems appealing enough. Over-aggressive and heavy-handed implementation of the fetishes. Some devs just don't know the meaning of restraint, or don't care. Jobeo being the first that comes to mind.

Improper use of tags is something that sometimes happens about everywhere where users upload and tag content.
All you can do about it is report it.
I understand the uploader here should be more careful and responsible than the average user. I also saw some wrongly tagged games. But in most cases, when tags say there is some content, there is usually at least one scene. In fact, seeing the confusion in tags people can make even in areas where users should be a predominantly professional community, it's surprising that the tag system of porn games on f95zone works quite well.
