Force game to use GPU (Win11) - Fixed my slow performance

I've had some issues running local games/VNs where they'd run slow, wouldn't fast forward quickly or had choppy animation. I found a tip on forcing an executable to use your high performance GPU instead of onboard video. I was able to implement the tip on Windows 11 and saw a marked improvement in performance. Here's the steps just in case someone might want to try it:

1. Open settings and navigate to System > Display > Graphics
2. Under Add an app, click Browse and navigate to the game .exe
3. Once added to the list click the Options button and and select High Performance, your GPU should be visible in that window
