Your AV blocks it out. I have no problem playing it. The Troj is a false positive.

The patch makes so the animated scenes work right? Or just so that you can see boobs and that's it?

This game is... not great. The scenes are extremely limited, the art isn't great (Despite being Live2D, it's really just a still image), and even if you download the uncensored version (Which is an enormous file because you redownload the entire art assets...) the images saved in the gallery are still the censored ones. The plot is also very lacking.

The creators of this game are also known for being quite dodgy, with people on their steam pages warning of them replacing HQ art files with just stick figures for no other reason than it amusing them.
If you're curious about this one, give it a hard pass.
