The newer version is a remake of the "older version", English is probably not available yet.
I recommend you starting with the older version(s) since they have much more content and some differences to the remake.

Start with versionA until you exhaust its content then move to versionaB, after that if you wish then try the new version.

In the new version I cannot save my progress. I kept going to the green orb and I shutdown the game. I thought that it was the way to save the progress. If I open the game again I saw that I lost all progress. Do you know how to save the progress?

Well there are still download links available on Zells Pixiv FANBOX page to versions similar to the current remake demo but before that horror game demo Zell was making.
They don't really have gameplay but they do only have only the enemies present as you are seeking.
While I do suggest you send some money to Zell on PF

If I remember correctly, pressing UP ARROW on the keyboard at the crystal ball should do it.

I don't think the remake has a save system yet.

No need, there isn't a menu/title sequence either.
But we did get a preview of it in one of the update posts.

Can anyone xplain controls in this new version ? when they are stuned '' little stars on head'' what u do ? whats the point of the new version i just dont see any interactions unless you let them rape you

Spillthebeans already explained what the point of the version was so I wont repeat myself.
As for the stars on your head: You "died", nothing left to do then to press F5 to reset.

For this new version, is the UI correct on what can be captured?

There's no capturing atm at all, it's just a gallery to show off the monster girls and the new mechanics.

Well I manage to "capture" the mushroom and kappa girls. It unlocked achivmets, gave me gold and filled little heath icon in bestiary. Not sure if it unlocked anything else.

Anyway, think of this like an expo where things are shown off.
Think of this less as a finished product but more of a presentation of innovation!
New areas, new animation, new monsters, new UI, that's why it's a demo.
Once it's finished there will be an actual layout to areas to explore which is not present yet.

There is no progression in the game yet so saving is pointless.
Which is why the save mechanic is temporarily replaced by changing language.
Just do the same as you would when you saved to change Jap to Eng.
As for saving, yeah that system is not implemented yet; or progression in general.

How to enter the game for anyone that doesn't understand anything everyone said just like me.

-> Extract (GameDemo_v1.27.part1) and (GameDemo_v1.27.part2)

-> You will get (GameDemo_v1.27.part1.exe) and
(GameDemo_v1.27.part2.zip) [DO NOT extract (GameDemo_v1.27.part2.zip)]

-> Put (GameDemo_v1.27.part1.exe) and (GameDemo_v1.27.part2.zip) in the same new folder.

-> Double click on (GameDemo_v1.27.part1.exe) and accept everything that pop up, and (GameDemo_v1.27 folder) will appear in that folder.

= When (GameDemo_v1.27.part1.exe) , (GameDemo_v1.27.part2.zip) and (GameDemo_v1.27 folder) are in the same folder, open (GameDemo_v1.27 folder) and there is (player.exe) that let you play the game.
