I guess, if a game (or any app) is build in Microsoft C or C++ they will must likely require the libraries from that to work properly.

Ignore Yuki, you only need the latest build. A and B do not link to the one Zell is working on (dubbed C for easy understanding)

I'll help you through the steps.
1. Download the latest version (it should come in two parts, Part 1 and Part 2)
2. Extract both of them individually to the same folder.
3. open the folder of Part 1.
4. There's a program in there which you'll need to run.
5. The first window that pops up, click Ok (it should already be highlighted)
6. The second window that pops up, is looking for Part 2. navigate to it and select the program in there.
7. It'll finish shortly after with a complete version.
8. Voila! You now have a fully working version of FOBS, Zell's latest build.
These are the steps I took, so give them a follow and it should work fine.

They are not telling how to "install" the game, they were telling him how to install Microsoft Visual C++.
Doesn't matter what steps you follow if your machine doesn't have the resources necessary to run the game lol.

when installing c++ u have to install the diferent version per year, some programs use older version than new. Is like games using unreal engine 4 and others 5, The name is the same but there is a big difference. But like spad suggest maybe a bad extraction is the problem, this game has a shitty way to zip the files. Try all use the tutorial i send to u or search for a more detailed one c++ instalations are a necessary nightmare.
