Shiro No Yakata is still primarily a horror game.
Only so much "horror" you can do in a porn game tho. The girls are trying to fuck you after all. Not kill you.
It honestly only borrows "horror aesthetics."
Same thing with Tower of Shiratane.
They both have the same theme, however Shiro No Yakata's probably not headed in the direction that Zell wants.

FOBS is on hiatus and the spooky mansion game that we've been getting demos for is just a side project as he works on a full, finished game that we have not been given a demo for yet.

If you mean the demo that's being posted, most of the items and interactions don't do anything, and there's no "progression" to be made. Every area features at least one enemy that only leads to a game over sex scene, making it an interactive gallery of sorts.
This "game" may never be finished and just serves as a mini project to keep funds coming in while he works on the full game he's doing on the side.

Same question, or does anybody has animations? I have them in Webp format but any time I try to extract them to gif they are broken.

its a custom engine hand made from scratch personally designed by him, the animations arent compatible with gif i think something like that its better to just record them from video software honestly
I'll probably redraw them or learn more about webp to extract frames if possible.

If you want, you can try manually animating each part and adding their respective sound with the source files I posted previously.

You can look in Kemono.party, into Zell Fantia there are a lot of new things related to fobs
these is one of the animations that zell23 made, they are not in any of his games
