Turn off your antivirus software (I assume Windows Defender, but I could be wrong) until it downloads, then turn it right back on. I can confirm that it isn't a virus, but false positives are common with built-in defense mechanisms.
If the antivirus says it's a virus, it means it's a virus -_- with your logic (TURN IT OFF) it's like giving the keys to your house to the first person you meet on the street.
It's very easy to throw you a Trojan or a shadow plugin that will steal your data now, everyone has their own head on their shoulders and they need to think a little, and not just eat food -_-
But I noticed a STRANGE situation, if you download one file at a time, everything is fine, but if you download 2 rar in ONE FILE, then it complains about a virus. BUT I (already in 2025) am still paranoid and wouldn't trust anyone's word.
But even if it did happen (a false alarm), it is still not normal and it is not clear what exactly caused the alarm...
