Except that he moved to his mothers house none of the sisters were married and I'm pretty sure pregnancy never appears in the game till end game.

You seem pretty critical for someone not providing another guess. In Sisterly Lust the MC does move in with his sisters(and mom), the eldest is in a relationship, pregnancy and marriage are possible outcomes. It was a good suggestion. The OP's post clearly indicates he doesn't have a clear memory of all the events.
