Going by the OP's post.

1. Move to his sisters home I don't know why, but I think its because summer vacation. - He never moved to his sisters home nor was it because of summer vacation. In sisterly lust he moved to his mothers house after she approached him and asked him if he wanted to move there after his fathers death.

2. His older sister is already married. - None of the 3 sisters are married in sisterly lust when the MC got there.

You seem pretty critical for someone not providing another guess. In Sisterly Lust the MC does move in with his sisters(and mom), the eldest is in a relationship, pregnancy and marriage are possible outcomes. It was a good suggestion. The OP's post clearly indicates he doesn't have a clear memory of all the events.
