3D game you play as a woman(journalist maybe), story is about investigating a cult , the area is a large open map with orcish creaturs.
There was some sort of sacrifical area where you were fucked and the goal was to collect cum but that maybe was another game..
Church on a hill, a small cave area, there was a part where goblins caught you in this trap where your head and arms are locked and fucked you.
