Played 0.20, excessive number of confusing relationship customization screens. Mediocre characters, abysmal writing with a MC that only thinks with his genitals. Not recommended.
For more detail: I don't think you should need to define EACH INDIVIDUAL member that has the same relationship (example, I should only have to define sister once, father once, etc., plus each screen should say to the effect of John Doe is Jane Doe's fill-in-the-blank? Also I shouldn't be asked to define their relationship until I meet them in game. The characters look like they're out of central casting. And it is possible to write a story where the player does get content without the MC thinking only with his genitals. Most egregiously when the MC has to perform CPR on someone he claims to care about deeply, and his first thought is BOOBS! And while it isn't part of the review of the game itself, I do think the developers' questionable marketing choices (to put it nicely) does bear some scrutiny as well. Overall as it stands now I can not recommend this game.
