Identify {Found}female delinquent sent to school to beat up gang

its this rpg where you play as a red (like bright red) haired female with a bamboo sword and your sent to a school to deal with the gang problems i rember one of the areas was a casino and one of the defeat screens they tie you up and electrocute you intill you pee im 90% sure it was a RPG maker game or something like that i really wanna play it again

i just found it and was comming back to delete the post but thank you im surprised how many things i got wrong cant wait to replay this game!
