It was a real old game, five years or older, you picked a female character out of multiple (I think around five?), and there were multiple levels culminating in a boss fight. It was a class ryona/run-and-rape.
One of the female characters, a secret unlockable one, was named Milk, she had blue hair, a classic Japanese sailor school uniform and tig ol bitties.
