Has thousands of saves for japanese games, problem is I can't read shit. And google translate barely works because the translation is often different for short/title only translation and full webpage translation, probably because it takes into context everything while translating.

Well, just putting it out there, hope you talented multilingual folks puts this to good use.

I still don't get full save people.

What's the point of even downloading the game if you aren't going to play it?

Wouldn't it be better to just consume porn from other media instead?

Grind, loss of interest becaue stuck on an obtuse puzzle, language problem, shitty general gameplay but great H-interactions, etc. Lot's of reason to want a full save. I usually play most games, but some games, especially JRPGs, has great H-parts walled behind an obnoxious amount of grind. Well, I have a don't ask, don't tell policy to most stuff though, so if someone wants a full save and I have one, why not make his day a little bit fap happy?

But wouldn't cheating/save editing be easier if you just want to skip specific grind sections?

If you are skipping all gameplay and all buildup, the only thing left is art... But you can find even better art and animations outside of games which is why I find it weird people downloading a full game and going straight to the gallery.

Cheating/save editing is just a full save with extra steps. And more often than not, I want full saves when I get stuck because of shitty puzzles or grind. That feeling of being stuck in a rut feels shitty, especially after you put your time in a game.

I guess I understand it a bit better now, so people use it as an "I give up" button when getting frustated.
That's why there is no logic to it.

Sometimes its a time problem. Some JRPG games can take 50+ hours. Not everyone has time for that.

Some people lose their old saved games, rather they lost it from resetting their system, getting a new pc, or just a naturaly deletion. No one wants to re-do a grind.

A possible update breaking old saves. It's annoying to have to replay what you once played. It's just easier and faster to download a save which can place you near where you left off.

Multiple routes. They are annoying as hell. 9/10 times I start a game, go down one path thinking I'll play a second path later. Only to finish my current path and dread having to play up until the path divergence again or have to grind again. Especially not when there are other interesting games to play. I've only used saves once or twice, but guess how many JRPGs that I've played multiple paths of? Maybe one or two.

Sometimes you miss a few h-scenes here and there.

However, I do agree with the general sentiment. Every game should have the design philosophy of Morrowind/Dark Souls, and if you don't agree you have no business playing games at all.

If game is single player, people can do whatever they want. There is absolutely zero reason to play a game the Devs intended if you don't like it. Mods are very popular for that reason. If someone has fun playing with a 1-hit kill mod, it's franlky none of my business to judge. You do you, as long as it's single player.

I can think of a few:
-Miss optional events, if you don't need to make money or complete optional quests, you most likely will skip a lot of extra sex scenes and interesting events, some games have the best content set on optional side quests...
-Break the game, if you can kill bosses you werent supposed to, now have access to areas you shouldn't be exploring yet, so you might end up wasting a lot of time exploring without finding a single quest only making you waste more time and sometimes not being able to complete the game because of that.
-Diminishing return from the intended pacing and buildup, there is usually good reason to create obstacles during gameplay, the sex scenes can feel that more rewarding when you worked for them, if you remove all challenges and sped up this process you will barely care about the sex scenes.

If you truly don't care about the game where missing everything I mentioned wouldn't matter, why even play it?
For sex with no buildup there is a massive resource called the internet where you will find loads of it for free with no gameplay wall... I just find it weird to have people playing erotic games that hate the "game" part.
