PRECURSOR: I found it. It's called desire dungeon.
I remember a while back I played this game where you went into a dungeon and could exit by walking all the way back to the beginning. You leveled up by sleeping at the inn, and you could buy equipment as well. Treasure chest's difficulty was determined by number of left/right clicks you had to do, and this was made easier through 'thieving' level (or something of that ilk). The first three enemies were a fairy, a... werebeast (cat, wolf? idk, forgot exactly), then a witch. The first boss at the end of the first level (each level being 100 'steps') was a... armored thing.
Oh, and if you lost, they drained a level from you, but you were always kept 10 exp off the last level (or similar).
