Need help with SpookyTimes 3, found all the pieces but stuck with the game wanting me to save Lin but I have gotten no other options given to do so. What's suppose to be the next step?

I think its the intended progression, you still get the item despite death.

i dont know what to do. I dont know where to go after first going to 575. obviously i need to use the sheet and scissors to pretend to be a ghost, but i cant give anything to poppy so idk. Does anyone have a walkthrough or can give me a clue?
