So how to put animals in the barn? Just right click from your inventory right? Since i update the game (i buy it on Steam), all animals i put in barn keep disapearing after i go in and out of the barn several time.

You need to go into the barn, then take the caught animal in your hands and press the left mouse button.

There seems to be a antidote potion missing. If you look at Alchemy table icon in research table you will see that there is one more potion that is not shown in the built alchemy table menu.

I unlocked the Antidote recipe after beating the Molten Fish quest. You need to craft a Cooling Drink first (requires Brewing Barrel, Fermentation Bucket, and Grinding table) to fight Molten Fish. After you beat it and return, then you'll get a quest to obtain Hallucinogenic Spores, at which point the Antidote recipe will unlock in the Alchemy Table.

You need to drink the "antitoxin" from the alchemy table before hand

You don't need a save in this game because you can already watch all the cgs from the title (even if you didn't unlock them yet/greyed out)

But if you want a save to skip the early game grind with main story finished and all the buildings already unlocked and set up/organised heres my save while the bond/sex event with the fox girls mostly untouched yet

Who's favor is stuck? I've been able to raise serval fox girl's affection over 190 by giving them the desire gifts (bubbles above head)+building structures (ones that trigger special event in furniture section)+playing normally
