The dead links ware about the original non-remaster version of the game, the links you provided are for the new more censored remaster.
I use this to translate VNs.

I tried putting the files in the pac folder but now I get a debug error "パックファイル内のファイル
[cg\ev\ev_mei_h08_17.png]が
重複しています" when trying to run it, any advice how to fix it?
Well, this is a fun problem. From what I know, it's a problem with the compression of YU-RIS (ypf) files.
How can I fix it?
You could unzip the ypf files and recompress them again.
How can I fix it EASILY?
I'll post a link to a script that allows you to manage ypf archives.
You'll need to do the following:
1. Bring the ypf.exe file to your desktop.
2. Bring the ev1.ypf (or ev2.ypf or cg.ypf if it give other problems like that) file to your desktop.
3. Open a command prompt (if you have Windows, press Start and search for it,open and a black screen should appear).
4. Type the following commands:
cd Desktopypf.exe -e ev1.ypf(wait)
ypf.exe -c ev1 -v 490(wait)
Now ev1.ypf shuold be overwrite with the new version ( you will have also a folder "ev1" on your desktop, you can delete after that)
Link with the script (ypf.exe)
