Well the other one was already wiped from existence if it wasn't for me having not just 1 but 2 versions still in my files.

In the center room there is a staircase next to the arcade cabinets.
Go down it to reach the cove and bathrooms.
There is a grey stripe on the left which brings you where you need to go.
I know, that is in no way a good indication.
