Still pretty much the only game where you get to sissify someone else, so it is a shame.

Truth is a pity. But I believe that it is a matter of time until others games where you can sissify someone.
Dark Desires you can sisiff your brother, but the game is still very early and after some updates it should be much better.

The Company currently has two paths for the character John, one where he dominates the MC, and one where he submits and is eventually gender-transformed into a sex-crazed slut. As part of the rewrite of that character currently underway there are plans to add several new routes; I wouldn't be surprised if one of them contained some sissification.

IIRC you need to keep the pendant when you find it. Then visit the pawn shop owner etc to find out the function of the pendant and then give it back to alicia for that path to trigger. If you give it back immediatly (or just after asking alicia about it) she decides she does not need it and stays female.

Changelog:
- Added a relationship system for Gabby with some new scenes. Currently maxes out at 100, but will see an update soon.

- Added a new random scene to the gas station men's restroom if you have at least 50% femininity.

I don't remember the step by step, but after talking to Alice and not give back the Trinket you need just show it to the Pawn shop guy and then talk to Gabby. Deliver gabby's order to Pawn shop guy and get the car key, after that you have to buy an Orchids to Alice and apologize ... the event that talks about Gabby start and you can help her. (it's not free 200 $)


It is not a step by step, but it already give you an idea of what to do.

I know there are 30 pages so it can be annoying, but if you search for "Gabby" or "Alex", you'll probably find it. As a note (which someone pointed out like 4 posts above yours), this ritual isn't used on you only on Alicia/Alex.
