Question: Is Blackcurrant(or whatever there name is, the new girl for the bakery) a reference to that scene in the first game where the MC and I'm guessing Cream start to super break the forth wall and the MC has an orgy with clones/alt reality version of Cream?
Yes to the first question based on the sheer quality level of the first game, and also yes to the second in that there is a "last time on [...]" recap at the start of this one that covers the events of the first game.
I updated OP to fix an issue in Brothel 2, where Hilda and Bastet's new art got stuck on the screen for too long. Sorry for anyone that ran into this issue.

Kind of wish Blackurrant decided who she wants to talk to XD

Imagine if there was an option to force the puppet to say something that they don't know.
Normally when there is an option, it's somewhat based on puppet's knowledge and previous actions or situation.
Finally a point that I always wanted a "4th wall breaking character" to be asked. Beceause that's a counterpoint to their whole being , what makes them special.

First half was of the dialogue was good and interesting, until the second started where MC essentially backtracks and talks about anything to reverse what he said.

I believe that even for 4th wall aware character it's still a matter of perspective. Player can objectively observe that she is right in this situation.
But what if this was not a porn game but a record of events, or an advanced simulation that doesn't stop without any observers. Her life still goes on, even if she stops being a 4th wall aware. Should she still choose to stop living an merely exist?

She literally admits that's the truth. couple of times in the first half of the dialogue
I don't have a screenshot for that but there is also the fact that she admits that the world ceases to exist when the game is closed,etc
That would not change anything if that was just a record or not
She is still in that simulation
It doesn't ? She literally says that, othewise she would have memories of living in normal way. and even then it wouldn't be really her living that life. It would be like Fluttershy and succubus side situation but even worse.
That's not the problem. The problem is denying the truth of the situation. That's the MC's fault beceause instead of giving her hope, he just backtracks what was previously said.
She still can care about the world and enjoy it. Just like player does it.

There won't be Morgan , "Chrysalis" ?
We are given the information that Queen of Morphlings., "Changelings" was suppsoedly defeated
Of course we don't know if it's true
Or what "defeat" means here
Pretty sure Blackcurrant said that we shouldn't trust information we are getting from inhabitants of this world. The history is not true.
So any information given to us about "Luna" , "Celestia" and "Chrysalis" is on the fence.
And even then if Queen's defeat is true, we don't know who was that Queen.
It could have been Morgan or her predecessor/mother
And if it was Morgan, Morphlings still would exist and need a new ruler
Is it possible that we will meet that new ruler/daughter of Queen/princess of Morphlings?
It probably could be "Ocellus". Beceause she is the only other female changeling with a name/important from Original MLP.
She probably could have a body just like Melody, Blossom

Yeah, the Corruption/Morgan route was fun in the first game Let's increase Morphling's numbers
Also wouldn't suprise me if Morgan was disguised as "Celestia" the whole time too.
