Unlike the previous reviewer, I'll be reviewing this game on what it attempts to be in the genre it sits. (Visual and kinetic novels aren't really games, but they are hugely popular and so you can't really grade them as "games" so much as "entertainment".) And in the trivia/segmented video genre, this game stands apart. If you like futa on female, you'll be hard pressed to find a better game.
The game is merely a very long rendered video that requires answering (relevant!) questions about the very animation you're watching. Each correct sequence opens up a snapshot in the gallery and every five questions you get right opens the next sequence; getting it wrong merely gives you a penalty timer until you can try again. It's an easy play that gives you just enough of a challenge to make what would normally be a long video more interesting. This is a FAPPING game, not a fapping GAME.
It probably only deserves 4 or 4.5 stars, but the video itself is absolutely fantastic. There's maybe one or two moments where the animation is a little cringey, but for the most part it's top notch.
DEFINITELY worth your time, and a must-play for any futa on female fans. Very entertaining.
