You need the debased trait and to lower her marital obedience, ideally under zero (so it starts filling up your submission meter instead).

Not yet, though I can't promise it won't in the future. Rejecting Danton adds two additional MCxWife scenes into the game, but they're small and that's it so far.
So far I think it's only opened up one option in the game, asking your wife for anal sex when you're on a date with her. Game-wise it means you're no longer accruing love points, if you gain any more they get siphoned off at the end of the day.
Will there be an option where she will romance a bull? I'd love it if there is an option to do a more single bull focused cuckolding rather than a more hotwife focused. It would be more humiliating and exciting if the wife chose to romance a bull, spend more time with them and eventually move into their room + breeding. That would be the cherry on top.

NTR routes will feature romantic subtones after 9 hearts (and will absolutely have breeding at 10 hearts), but she'll never move in with, or actually fall in love with, anyone but the MC.
Don't worry, though. I know how to write humiliation even within those constraints
Also, each of the suitors progress independently, so you don't have to reject other suitors for her to focus on one.

Loved the new update, I'm getting really torn on which route to go with as my main route because I want to experience all of them, but I guess I'll just need multiple playthroughs to do that
I also kind of had an epiphany while playing on why the premise felt familiar, this game is kind of what I wished NTRman did with The Adelaide Inn, that game was one of the first that got me into this fetish, always wished it had been better written and developed more. That wish is being fulfilled now with this one haha

I only called it "true cuck" for lack of a better term. Later on in the story when all the cards are laid on the table, players on that route will get their own unique revenge ending (if they don't decide on forgiving Cassandra for her transgressions). Cass won't be the one to leave, though. And that's all I'm saying on the matter for now!
I just played chapter 5 and Galiina is incredible. The wait was worth it

Netorase where she and MC dominate Cassandra in bed (after a lot of goading from hubby), which leads into an optional romance route between Galina and MC where you can choose whether you want to be a top, bottom or switch in that relationship. Still debating on whether I want to tie that to hubby's overall submissiveness or not, but I kind of like Galina's content being siloed off with unique variables.
Her NTR/red route will be kind of sparse, since it's there for people who don't like futanaris.

Interested in seeing how that plays out, even if it isn't the canon ending. I'm curious to see how Cassandra will react to the husband leaving her, and if at that point will it even matter to her with all the cheating she will have done. Like will she even have that much love left for him at that point, or will she be content with all her various lovers. And curious what the "revenge" part entails. Overall, I just hope the drama is good lol

No.
NTR is extremely broad as a fetish to the point where it's kind of useless as a term now as it encompasses 50+ different subgenres and flavors, most of which have no official term or name but you can probably recognize it if you see it.
Foreverlosing is the first to properly isolate some of those unnamed subgenres and executed it perfectly. There is a reason why different paths have awkward designations and names. It's because everyone familiar with NTR knows exactly what the appeal is of these different paths but there is no official name for it.
Besides all of that it's also just very well made with a lot of care, attention to detail and soul. You can always tell when something is just generic NTR where the creator doesn't understand the fetish properly, versus something that came from a place of passion (this game).

Lovely update as always, I didn't see this coming but I am starting to get invested in the Kai path, I can see the next update is going to be great.
