Reviewed at version 0.09 (the game's very first release, I think)
tl;dr: Good start, nice graphics, basically a VN, needs a good editor.
This game is quite short, which is not unusual for a first release. At the moment the only full-on sex occurs during game-over sequences (with no player interaction).
The choice structure so-far is quite linear: Generally each major choice gives you a few options that provide exposition and then return you to the same choice, one or two options for a Game Over, one option for a not-quite-sex scene, and "sleep in the car" or a similar option that jumps to exactly where you'd be after the sex scene. The PC's stats can be affected by sex scenes, but characters in the story don't seem to care at all whether or not you had sex with them.
The graphics are probably the game's best feature. I'm not sure if they're just very-well chosen real porn images that have been photo-shopped, or AI generated (my guess is a mixture of the two), but nearly all the still images look great and fit the game's post-apocalyptic theme well. Only the animations (usually sexual activity) seem to be the usual random-porn-from-the-net typical of HTML+real-porn games.
With a Russian developer, there are of course problems both with the politics of supporting this game, and with the quality of the English. As to the former: He's not asking for money and I doubt that he personally committed any atrocities in the Ukraine, so I'm willing to set that aside unless he starts adding propaganda or asking people to violate sanctions YMMV.
As for the writing: Grammar is pretty poor, and the author urgently needs to learn how to use quotation marks, but it's better than MTL moonspeak. I'd say about 95% of passages are intelligible, though you may need to re-read a few times to figure out what's dialog (and who's supposed to be saying it), and what's just narration.
p.s. It should be noted that, despite the title, absolutely no road is fucked in this game. If that's your fetish, look elsewhere.
