HTML - Fucksome Road [v0.16] [Blood-Red Circus]

A good and interesting plot, a great Fallout-parody setting, many great endings with the ability to roll back (no need to constantly save or start a new game), great pictures with a good deepfake, although some AI pictures are a bit outdated. It's nice to be able to play the game in different ways: you can be a whore, you can solve problems with your intellect and eloquence, you can beat up homeless people for a bottle of "Dr. Nuckler".

Don't be fooled by the 5 stars reviews like i was. This is pretty horrible.

Lady in a post-apocalyptic world needs to get from a pre-war bunker to the other side of the country and what follows is a thoroughly boring, very unfappable journey in which most choices lead to a bad end written in very poor english. If you think my writing is bad and weird, it's nothing compared to the writing in this game!

At least this isn't a pointless sandbox so an extra star for that and the dev's effort.

The game is good: decent writing, no text-walls, good mixture of AI and real porn, and for an HTMl game, it avoids the typical grindy "sandbox" low effort mechanic of most HTML games.

It has about 15-20 minutes of content, and it looked very promising for such an early version.

    v0.13 edit:
The game has been resurrected by the dev, so I'm changing it to 4 stars, with a good potential for a 5 if it maintains its current quality.

    Lovely!

Great game, quite short(for now), but done well and with heart.

The visuals are nicely matched and good overall.
If you like BDSM, I highly recommend this game.

Oh yes, I can also give my opinion on a few things:

    1) The game is good as it is.
Please don't make things too complicated!
For example I've played several games on QSP and there are always 10 thousand stats, like hunger level, happiness level, cleanness level, etc. HORRIBLE!
No, there is probably some fans of such realistic simulators, but I'm not one of them.

    2) As far as content/fetishes go, that's exactly what I'm into. The only thing is that perhaps the sexy endings could be extended a bit, revealing in more detail how someone turns her into a slave.

    3) I don't think you need to adjust how bad endings with death works. It's a bit disappointing, but on the other hand its more enjoyable to finally get a sexy ending :p

I played the initial release and I must say that the second one added significantly. I even went through the game couple times to discover more nice stuff: good writing, a variety of fetishes and thoroughly picked pics/animations.

The concept is excellent in its simplicity. You travel further or you stay and live somewhere in the middle of your path. As a simulator enjoyer, I would of course love to continue playing as a settled heroine. But I understand it would be a titanic scope to develop and it’s simply out of the concept.

I wish the author find financial partnership and develop the game further.

Very nice first release, I look forward to seeing more.

    What stands out:
Interesting writing and very smooth execution. I like the images fine. Also, the bad ends are done nicely, with an option to hop back to the branch in the story that caused the game over, this is always a favorite feature of mine.

The amount of content is nice for a first release as well. Intro, and travel to four more locations. Adventures along the way. Plenty of sexy stuff, though not much vanilla.

The game uses a point system for creating a path from your decisions. Depending on what choices you make the one or the other stat will go up. Some decisions are locked if the required stat is not high enough.
This is a common mechanism in games like this, but I don't see the point of it. I much prefer to choose my actions freely in choose your own adventure games and I don't understand what this limitation could add to my enjoyment.

Pet peeves aside, very nice start!

Really good start to the game and a lot of material for what looks like the initial version release to the game. Excited for more (especially since I am a fan of this creator's other work, Dickraiser)

Reviewed at version 0.09 (the game's very first release, I think)

tl;dr: Good start, nice graphics, basically a VN, needs a good editor.

This game is quite short, which is not unusual for a first release. At the moment the only full-on sex occurs during game-over sequences (with no player interaction).

The choice structure so-far is quite linear: Generally each major choice gives you a few options that provide exposition and then return you to the same choice, one or two options for a Game Over, one option for a not-quite-sex scene, and "sleep in the car" or a similar option that jumps to exactly where you'd be after the sex scene. The PC's stats can be affected by sex scenes, but characters in the story don't seem to care at all whether or not you had sex with them.

The graphics are probably the game's best feature. I'm not sure if they're just very-well chosen real porn images that have been photo-shopped, or AI generated (my guess is a mixture of the two), but nearly all the still images look great and fit the game's post-apocalyptic theme well. Only the animations (usually sexual activity) seem to be the usual random-porn-from-the-net typical of HTML+real-porn games.

With a Russian developer, there are of course problems both with the politics of supporting this game, and with the quality of the English. As to the former: He's not asking for money and I doubt that he personally committed any atrocities in the Ukraine, so I'm willing to set that aside unless he starts adding propaganda or asking people to violate sanctions YMMV.

As for the writing: Grammar is pretty poor, and the author urgently needs to learn how to use quotation marks, but it's better than MTL moonspeak. I'd say about 95% of passages are intelligible, though you may need to re-read a few times to figure out what's dialog (and who's supposed to be saying it), and what's just narration.

p.s. It should be noted that, despite the title, absolutely no road is fucked in this game. If that's your fetish, look elsewhere.
