I remember the translation request getting remove soon after it got linked there, the game isn't allowed here. Just search around for FUMIKA FANTASY and maybe add in eng and uncen.

Quick question, tho it has been a while since u posted why is Fumika Fantasy not allowed on this site? I haven't yet played it, just heard it was pretty good and decided to play it so I'm sure what about it could get it fully banned from F95?

rule 7 allows it now it still forbids some loli, but the restrictions aren't as harsh as they used to be i remember seeing something about f95 adjusting the parameters for rule 7 in passing sometime earlier this year
To be fair, there shouldn't be a restriction at all in the first place, especially when mods are free to ignore rule 7 anytime as long as they want their own gooner game to be here. It's just simple mod power tripping.
