No. It won't.

Yes, as Zoroastrist said, the mod covers the choices of both games. There's no separate mod download for the two parts.
If there's an issue in one of the two parts, let me know.

Both parts of the game use the same mod, it covers all the choices.

Edit: Alternatively, go into the "old" folder and download the one for version chapter 20 (I think was the last chapter of part 1).
