Because of short hair and boobs bigger than their asses. Bonus points for the following informative reasons:
Animal females can afford to have wider hips than human females, because they're quadrupedal.
Animal females also only grow in bust size when they're producing milk.

As for the short hair, i got nothin'.. maybe remove that head-hair entirely.
Please note, I acknowledge that the hair styles are a mixture of short-hair and long-hair.
To that I ask.. are the short-haired ones avoidable?
