I saw a couple of reviews regarding this, and even without playing the game, I agree with what they said, if true.
If the writing is nonsensical, the MC is written as a sad slob/loser and the characters have no depth in them, then I would recommend to the developer to pause, rethink the story and characters, re-write them with properly and then proceed. I believe that that would boost the ratings by 80%.
If needed and if the dev requests it, I am willing to go through the game properly, provide feedback and my POV of how the characters/story can be improved and if it aligns with what they had in mind, just better portrayed.
This is not satire, I swear.

There are issues with the story to be sure (mostly with the pacing and extreme slow burn), but taking others' feedback impression as your own without even trying it is hilarious. Honestly, there should be a "patch" akin to lewdpatcher where you can add the scene back imo. Because calling getting materials to blackmail one of your sex interest (youll teach her a lesson, nothing more) NTR, is a fucking stretch to say the least.
