Let's hope the game doesn't get instantly leaked here. Imo, it deserves a little love. The last update was great, and after a little boring start with awful pacing, this is finally picking up steam.

I like these routes, or more specifically, I enjoy the art, writing, and the content itself, but I feel like this 'game' is slowly devolving into a scene collector game. The different routes are all seemingly stand-alone routes. They ignore whatever happens in other routes. Also, there is no real gameplay or achievement. Even the drink minigame has no effect. There could have been quests, money, items, stats you need to grind, and mini games. Some kind of mechanism that actually requires you to do something before you get rewarded with the scenes. Instead, we get the scenes, and we already know the process by now. Choose character, get to know her a little with a bit of background >>> silly reason for a hscene appears >>> hscene. Choose the next character, and MC forgets that whatever he did with the former character ever happened.Well, the player will become Lokra's boy-wife!
I don't think I'll make him be able to become Kokra's 2nd boy-wife because I just couldn't do that to Lokra haha.

There is no money you have to earn, no items to buy, and your decisions are pretty much worthless. I feel it doesn't even really qualify as a Visual novel, more like a Kinetic novel, because the only type of decisions you make are ways of you choosing not to see that content. There are no decisions with any kind of impact on the story.
I really enjoy this game for what it is, but it feels a little... weird. You could have very well chosen just a single character; maybe that way, you would have already finished one character's route. Instead, each update allows us to see one more scene for each of these different characters.
I just think the overall game concept is really not that well thought out, even for a visual novel.

And, just in my opinion, I don't see the problem with each character's routes not interacting with one another?
Like, Futa Inn leans very, very heavily on the kinetic visual novel side, which I don't think is too much of a problem, as it isn't uncommon for many NSFW visual novels to do that
Especially ones made by inept amateurs like me haha
And the reason I don't focus on one character at a time is because when I did so with my first attempt at making a game, it didn't go too well lol.

I just think it's a shame. I love the world you created. I think it's an awesome game, but I only care so much because I think there is a lot of wasted potential in this game. I think with a little bit of mechanics, maybe combat, quests, this could have been so much more. I think this game would have been better in the RPG Maker engine with combat, a nice world, quests, and maybe active minigames.
I love it for what it is, but I am a little disappointed because I think the art, the worldbuilding, and the general idea deserve so much more than a simple Kinetic Novel-like scene collection rush.

I was hoping the money system with making drinks/the cafe job would turn into something involving the shopfront and buying equipment or items for progression into certain scenes in the story. The other thing I was thinking was benefits for being good at making the drinks and possible consequences or punishment for messing them up (if you want your character to run into that stuff). I think there is a lot of potential with it, combat could be interesting but I don't know if it is necessarily needed.
