The Game crashes when you try to talk to the blonde at the counter in the cafe.
Also when both Sarah and Elise are in the Cafe the Sex event with the one you choose will repeat if you talk to them again. So, you keep having your First sex event with that person whenever you click on them in the cafe. The sex scene with Sarah or Elise are great but, its the First Time having sex so, it should not repeat.

I experienced no crashes at all, let alone in the cafe scenes. Regarding the repeat, as far as I am aware after having read some of the comments in the thread, this isn't a bug. It's the end of the available content, so it lets you repeat in case you want to revisit those without needing specific save files.
