People are bored and like judging, and since AI is the current baddie they get to feel very justified about it too, like they're being little heroes.

Personally, I don't hate AI per say, it's just everywhere these days and it's annoying, especially since it has, like, five general face shapes.

if you want to discuss ai techniques there are ai threads for that. hell you can ever start your own thread. I personally use comfyui for quick creations for my pf2e campaign and stuff.
I don't think it is stealing b/c its for personal use and fun, but i understand if others disagree.

I wouldn't call it a niche pornconomy since a lot are going right for it, even 3D artist that have been doing 3D for a long while going right straight into AI.

It seems like you and I are speaking not only different languages but also about different topics.
I'm talking about porn content. If all these "creators" don't have anything interesting - launch a program on your computer and make it yourself in a few minutes. For yourself.

And each scene will have to be worked on practically from scratch.

I also don't understand the claims about monotony and monetization of AI.
The same thing happens on Patreon: Tons of monotonous content spoon-fed, The game's plot drags out into an endless series, Regular remasterings or simply abandoning one game and starting another.

You're not going to convince people to like AI art. The best you can hope for is convincing them not to yuck someone's yum.

Sorry, to clarify, I was talking about futa, especially futa on male. Compared to porn of real natural women, for instance, the only way to get a decent stream of content will be to rely on AI. For example, I enjoy strapon POV where the girl pretends to be a futa, except that is even more rare than futa games and videos. You're right that AI porn of normal people is ridiculous given how much is available.

On this particular point, no, it isn't bad for the environment any more than anything else that runs on electricity, just like the PC you're using to clutch at your pearls. Given humans are not going to give up electricity, the solution is to find more environmentally friendly ways to generate power, not stop using AI.

Go glue your hand to a street somewhere, you'd be better at that.
